FCO reserves the right to inspect for fleas and if found, treat your cat with ADVANTAGE(tm) for $10.

Boarding rates are $15 per day, $12 for 2^nd cat, quote for 3 or more cats. Day Care $10.

Pick-up and Delivery charges are $8.00 each way within a reasonable distance.

If medications are needed, rates will be quoted.

Bathing/Grooming/Nail Clipping services provided . Ask for current rates.

Should my cat(s) become ill or injured during their stay, I give permission for FCO to have my cat(s) treated by my vet or the Emergency Veterinary Clinic located on Township Parkway in Charlotte.  If you do not specify a vet or the vet is unable to provide treatment in a timely manner, FCO will use the nearest available veterinarian for daytime services.  All charges incurred are the owner’s responsibility.

I understand that every possible protection will be provided by FCO for my cat(s).  However, in the unlikely event of a catastrophic occurrence, such as but not limited to fire, earthquake, flood, hurricane or tornado, and if destruction of the facility and animals should occur, I absolve FCO of any liability beyond cancellation of boarding fees.
