Who We Are

FCO is owned and operated by Renee Crenshaw

Renee has 25 plus years in animal rescue and welfare, specializing in both domestic and feral cats . Some experience in veterinary care, previously owned/operated a successful dog and cat boarding and grooming facility in Charlotte.  Former owner/publisher/editor of ZNNews, a monthly animal welfare newspaper distributed in the Piedmont and Triad areas of NC and also upstate SC.  Also previous publisher of Zoophile, a comprehensive animal welare reference book updated yearly.
